My internship placement

Hello! My name is Kaylin I am a Shepherd Higher Education Consortium on Poverty (SHECP) intern this summer at Louisville, Kentucky. I am working with The Common Assessment team at Family Health Centers where we do outreach with un-housed individuals to find permanent housing options and resources. I am going on my fourth week so I am about halfway done!
